Good instructors have choices. The job posts that fill quickly answer their questions before they have to ask.

Be specific about the role

Say who they will teach (children, adults, private clients), at what level, and how many hours a week. "Ski instructor, Chamonix" gets fewer good replies than "Ski instructor for kids' groups, 5 days a week, Les Houches".

Show the numbers

Instructors compare offers on pay, dates and housing. Give a salary or day-rate range and exact dates.

Mention what makes the season easier

Staff accommodation, a ski pass, equipment discounts, training days and help with paperwork all matter. List them in the perks.

Be clear about qualifications

State the minimum qualification and languages you need, and whether you can help with equivalence or recognition.

Make it easy to say yes

  • Reply to applicants within a few days, even if it is a no.
  • Use the calendar warnings to see who is free for your dates.
  • Invite suggested instructors directly from the applicants page.
  • Send a contract online once you have agreed terms.

Build your company page

Add photos of your team and location to your company profile. Instructors read reviews from past staff and look at past seasons before they apply.

Bereit für deine nächste Saison?
